We founded the Shaughnessy Group in 2017, our presence has ambitiously expanded across Canada, thanks to our recruitment and growth strategies.

We identified an ignored and underserved segment within the mid-market mergers and acquisitions advisory space. 


Sophisticated owner operators whose business in the five hundred thousand to three million EBITA range are considered too small to garner the time and attention or pay the fees of investment bankers and not well served by the passive commercial listing process of a business broker.
